Rib-Eye Steak

A premium, marbled cut of beef, known as the butcher's cut.  Prized for it's tenderness, juiciness and rich buttery flavour.  Best cooked quickly over a high heat.

Pan-cook over a high heat - best served medium-rare to medium.  Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking to retain the juices.
