Topside of Beef

A lean, boneless and flavourful roasting joint.  Perfect for family Sunday roasts.  Tender and with a low fat content, best roasted on a low heat, slowly to retain moisture and maximise tenderness.

Cook on a low heat and roast slowly (25-30 minutes per 500g at 180 degrees C - after a high heat sear).  Best served medium-rare to prevent it becoming dry.
